Extruded Aluminium Clad Exteriors

Colour your world with confidence. The finish of our extruded aluminium clad exteriors is so durable, you can even be comfortable with metalics or bright colours that normally fade or lose their lustrous appearance on other exterior surfaces.

Superior Cladding

Marvin cladding has a minimum of 1.1 mm thickness extruded aluminium on the sash and frame. Pre-treated with a 5-step bonding process, our thick, durable cladding outperforms and outlasts the thinner roll-formed aluminium cladding found on many other windows and doors.

Passes the Test of Time

Our clad windows and doors are finished with Valspar's Flurospar®, a fluoropolymer finish with 70% Kynar 500®®. Flurospar with 70% Kynar 500 provides exceptional hardness to the paint finish; it was previously only available with 50% Kynar. These panels illustrate the superior weatherability and lack of fading of Kynar 500® PVDF resin-based systems compared to standard finishes.

Resistant to Chalking

Chalking on unprotected cladding is easily rubbed off and results in a dull, unattractive appearance. Because of the exceptionally strong chemical bonds of Valspar's Flurospar finish, Marvin’s clad products resist the degradation that causes chalking.
